Join St. Elizabeth Healthcare for a free community fair for Indiana families! St. Elizabeth Healthcare and community partners will provide no-cost health screenings and resources, including: Blood pressure/BMI screening Diabetic foot screening Healthy eating demonstrations Balance screening Mammograms done on-site* Hands-free CPR demonstrations Information on accessing health care, mental health services and community resources Activities for kids and families Insurance navigation consults Free food distributed by Dearborn Clearing House while supplies last Local Police and Fire Departments Raffles, music, Heaven in Your Mouth and Tiki Treatz food trucks, and more Date: Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026 Time: 10 a.m. to noon Location: Dearborn Cancer Center, 17525 Greendale Plaza Drive, Greendale, IN 47025 Special Services Available Mammograms On-Site Digital breast screening in a private setting for women ages 40 and older. Screenings take about 10 minutes and are covered by insurance. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Pre-registration is required. Call (877) 424-5750.
