Join the Sigmund Weis School of Business on Thursday, Sept. 10, at 7 p.m., for A Conversation on School Vouchers and School Choice. This moderated debate featuring Corey DeAngelis and David DeMatthews will be held in Degenstein Theater. Corey DeAngelis is a research fellow at The Heritage Foundation and a senior fellow at Americans for Fair Treatment. A leading advocate for school choice and parental rights, he holds a doctarate in education policy and is the author of The Parent Revolution. David DeMatthews is a professor of educational leadership and policy at The University of Texas at Austin and a former K-12 teacher, school leader and district administrator. His research focuses on education policy and leadership, including school choice and voucher policies, educator retention and educational opportunities for students. The debate is free and open to the public, and is made possible by support from Susquehanna University's Department of Education and the Open Discourse Coalition.
