TICKETS REQUIRED. Event Information: MTA DIY Day Saturday, September 26, 2026 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Rec 3 | 95-281 Kaloapau St. | Mililani COME CRAFT WITH US! Join us for a day of DIY activities for all ages & skill levels! We provide the materials, and you provide the creativity! DIY Projects Include: (1) Travel/Junk Journal with 2 inserts & tabs (1) Tote Bag with add-on bag charm loop (1) Trinket Dish Optional Mini Stations: Luggage Tags, Keychains, Gift Tags, Bookmarks, Bead Bag Charms Goodies: Participants will also receive an acrylic pen set & holder, carrying tray, and craft pouch. Light Refreshments by: Friday, September 4, 2026 at 10:00 am Fee: $35 per MTA Member Space Limited: 45 Max The event fee is non-refundable after Monday, September 21, 2026. Must be an MTA Member with an active WebTrac account to purchase tickets. Event Details: Participants must have a ticket to attend. There will be a maximum of 45 participants, split into 4 groups. Each participant will receive a project tray, craft pouch, acrylic pen set & holder, one travel/junk journal that includes 2 inserts, set of tabs, one tote bag, and one trinket tray. These projects are all included with the fee. 9:00 am - 10:45 am Each group will rotate through the 3 main project stations (about 30 minutes each), where they can choose materials and complete primary assembly. 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Participants will work on their projects and have access to decorative elements (stickers, washi tape, paper, equipment, etc.). The optional creation stations will also be open at this time. Each station will include tools for use and a variety of materials to complete each project. Please enjoy the variety of decorative elements and materials (patches, beads, stickers, washi tape, etc.) at the event, but do not take additional materials home. Participants can bring their own materials, but we will provide everything you need to complete each project. Note: There will be a variety of colors for the totes, journals, and other materials included with the event. They will be first-come, first-served at check-in. Come early for the best selection.
