Support Group: Adult Children of Family Estrangement

Family estrangement is more common than people realize and is often misunderstood, especially for Adult Children considering or living in estrangement for reasons including mental health and autonomy. This group provides a nonjudgmental, accepting space to process estrangement with support, validation and community. It will provide resources for common challenges like navigating holidays and setting boundaries; choosing levels of contact that fit individual needs; processing feelings of isolation and grief; and celebrating your chosen family. There are two payment options: Full Payment: $180 Monthly Installments: $45/month We believe everyone should have access to our programs, regardless of financial circumstances.
