Caring Together Monthly Support Group (free & in person)

Are you caring for a loved one? Caregiving can be a joyful and rewarding experience. It can also be stressful, frustrating, and overwhelming. In this new caregiver support group at the Mirowitz Center, led by Joan M. Hirst, MA, of JFS St. Louis, participants will have a safe space to share personal experiences, access resources, and learn strategies to promote health, strength, and resilience.
