Patron Housing Listening Session A shortage of on-grounds housing across a range of sizes and price points is one of the factors limiting Chautauqua's ability to sustain and grow attendance. Interim CEO Kyle Keogh, together with staff and a Patron Housing Working Group composed of Chautauquans with significant real estate experience, has developed an initial multi-year plan to encourage the development of affinity housing (such as denominational houses), condominiums and single-family homes. Community members are invited to learn more about the proposal, discuss the plan and provide feedback.
