Elijah Fox

Elijah Fox live at Eddie's Attic! Elijah Fox is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and producer based in Los Angeles, CA. He grew up in Durham, NC, began playing piano at age 11, and was mentored by Yusuf Salim, a pianist who had played with Charlie Parker. Fox studied piano at Oberlin Conservatory with Sullivan Fortner, Billy Hart, and Dan Wall before moving to New York City. His piano composition "East Village" was sampled by Drake and 21 Savage on "Major Distribution," reaching number 3 on the Billboard Charts. He has recorded and produced for SZA, Masego, Childish Gambino, Kali Uchis, J Cole, and many others, while his improvisation "Wyoming" went viral on TikTok with over 45 million Spotify streams. Signed to UMPG and Atlantic Records, Fox is also the touring keyboardist for UK drummer Yussef Dayes. His sound blends jazz, Impressionism, and psychedelic soul.
