Scenario Planning Clinics

Elevate NP of Southwestern PA will hold free scenario planning clinics in Pittsburgh and Butler in August and September. Learn More The clinics will help nonprofits in the region with funding, rising costs, policy, shifting demand, staffing, and technology. Upcoming clinics include: Thursday, August 20 (Butler) Thursday, September 3 (Pittsburgh) The workshops include group discussion with expert facilitators, peer connections, and applied exercises that focus on the major drivers of uncertainty and risk for their organization. It will also provide some potential scenarios for which attendees can develop an action plan to address near-term risks or opportunities. Those interested in attending can register online.
