This small group which meets virtually is facilitated by our licensed social worker. Experience interpersonal connection, receive empathetic feedback from one another, and experience the benefits of group support. Group members need to commit to attending weekly to foster group cohesion for maximum benefit to everyone in the group. We are here for you. We understand.
