Please join us following our Yom Kippur morning service for our Yom Kippur Symposium, where Rabbi Paley will be joined by Dr. Nils Roemer, Dean of the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology at The University of Texas at Dallas, Director of the Ackerman Center for Holocaust Studies, and Stan and Barbara Rabin Distinguished Professor in Holocaust Studies. Together, Rabbi Paley and Dr. Roemer will explore how memory and history shape Jewish identity, how communities preserve and reinterpret their stories across generations, and why the stories we tell matter more than ever.
