About this event

There's always something special about seeing a place you love through someone else's eyes. We're delighted to share that Cypress Inn has been featured by Modern Luxury Silicon Valley in its latest guide to the Monterey Peninsula, highlighting places to stay, dine, sip and explore throughout Carmel-by-the-Sea and the surrounding area. A Carmel Classic Cypress Inn is a Carmel-by-the-Sea landmark known for its Mediterranean-inspired style, old-Hollywood glamour and warm hospitality. It's a combination we've always loved: a little history, a little glamour and a wonderfully relaxed Carmel spirit. And, of course, four-legged guests are part of the experience. Cypress Inn's famously pet-friendly tradition continues today with pups welcomed throughout their stay and at our beloved Yappy Hour at Terry's Restaurant + Lounge. Terry's Gets a Little Love, Too Terry's Restaurant + Lounge is part of what makes a stay at Cypress Inn feel like more than simply checking into a hotel. It's lingering over dinner. Meeting friends for a cocktail. Settling in for live music. Spending an afternoon at Yappy Hour with your pup. And discovering that sometimes the best part of a Carmel getaway is having nowhere else you need to be. Come Rediscover Carmel Modern Luxury's feature is all about rediscovering the Monterey Peninsula, and we can't think of a better invitation to plan a few days in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Check into Cypress Inn. Wander the village. Walk to the beach. Explore the coast. Come back for dinner and a cocktail at Terry's, then settle in and do it all again tomorrow. Thank you to Modern Luxury Silicon Valley for including Cypress Inn in this celebration of the Monterey Peninsula. We'll be here when you're ready to rediscover Carmel.
