Virtual Understanding Birth class is an instructor-led online class that can be taken with your partner from the comfort of your home. This class provides a comprehensive virtual journey through pregnancy and labor, including labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation, hospital procedures and cesarean birth. This class is a two-part series that takes place with the option to choose as a 2-week or 3-week class registration. It is recommended to start this class around your 30th week of pregnancy.
