Board of Township Trustees Public Hearing

   The Jefferson Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM at 6767 Havens Corners Road, the Jefferson Township Fire Department Community Room, to consider the following application for rezoning: CASE NO. RZ25-004: Brian Knights, the representative of property owner Knights Protective Service of Ohio Inc., submitted an application request for 1.04 +/- acres Parcel 170-000733 to request rezoning of the property located at 916 Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road from Planned Commercial District (PC) to Restricted Suburban Residential District (RSR), which, if approved, would amend the Jefferson Township Zoning Resolution and Zoning Map. This proposed amendment is available for examination Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Jefferson Township Administration Office, 6545 Havens Road, Blacklick, Ohio 43004.
