Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing

The Jefferson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM at 6767 Havens Corners Road, the Jefferson Township Fire Department Community Room, to consider the following applications:CASE NO. VA25-020M: Jonathan Howard, Jess Howard Electric Company, property owner, filed an application for 6266 Havens Road, Blacklick, OH 43004, Parcel 170-000834, to request a modification of an approved variance that was approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals on October 7, 2025, to allow for the construction of a new Single-Family Home that does not meet the development standards.CASE NO. VA26-003: James Phieffer, on behalf of property owners James and Laura Phieffer, filed an application for 7863 Havens Road, Blacklick, OH 43004, Parcel 170-001217, to request a variance from Article V, Section 520.04 to allow for a side yard that does not meet the development standards for an existing Single-Family Home caused by the request by the applicant to split the parcel.CASE NO.
