About this event
Join us at the West branch to learn the process of brewing fire cider. During class, we'll learn the interesting and controversial history of vinegar and honey remedies, then taste and make fire cider. In addition, we’ll make onion syrup for sore throats, colds, and coughs. Take-home recipes and an information packet. The event will be held at the West Branch Library on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 5 PM - 7 PM.
