An hour to ground down and center within as Marci leads us through a guided meditation and sound bath designed to get us out of control/sympathetic state and into a realm of calm and surrender. We connect with our centers via the modalities of meditation and vibration (Savasana and Sound Bath) to create fertile soul soil for intention setting.
