Join our divine dancer Ati for an ecstatic experience of infusing elements of contemporary dance with your vinyasa yoga practice! Imagine dancing to a choreography that uses familiar yoga poses, transitioning between them with some new movements. In this class, where modern dance joins yoga, we will learn a full choreography portion by portion. Everyone is welcome, no dance experience needed! This is a donation-based class $5 - $25
