About this event
This class is for ages 18 and up who can complete the skills of the adult intermediate class. This class is recommended for those who are wanting to swim more for an exercise purpose and increase their endurance. We will introduce all or any of the advanced strokes the student wishes to learn including both breaststroke, and butterfly. We will also go over flip turns, standing/racing dives, and increase your tread time. The ratio is 4:1 and it is a 30-minute-long class.
