Take a step toward better health with community health screenings at USC Arcadia Hospital. Adults ages 18 and older can receive several health screenings and speak with physicians and dietitians. If you plan to receive a blood test, do not eat or drink anything except water after 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 24th. This event is sponsored by the Fo Guang Shan Hsi Lai Temple and BLIA Los Angeles Chapter. We are proud to recognize their continued support as valued, long-time community partners. Screenings and Services: Blood tests for cholesterol, diabetes, liver, thyroid and kidney function, CBC and more Stroke, thyroid and bone density screenings Flu shots and breast exams Blood pressure and body mass index screenings Vision, hearing and mini mental state screenings Consultations with physicians and dietitians Learn more about the Community Outreach and Health Education Program at USC Arcadia Hospital.
