Join Elyse for the workshop version of her popular class functional flow! Things will start off slow in order to identify and explore the movements of the area in focus. Then we'll move into more targeted movements aimed to activate and strengthen the muscles of this area. Lastly, we'll integrate what we've learned in a yoga flow to feel our way through familiar movements with this new and more refined lens. You can expect to work hard with both the body and the brain as we forge new movement patterns and ways of thinking about movement!
