Basic 101: Know the Educational Laws & Rights of Foster and McKinney-Vento Youth

This training provides new school district liaisons, front line staff, administrators, and community-based organization staff the knowledge of the educational rights for youth that are in foster care and those that are experiencing homelessness. This training will allow staff to become effective advocates for this vulnerable population while providing tools to remove barriers to educational goals for these students to help improve educational outcomes and stability.
