About this event

Gospel Yoga is designed to help participants slow down, breathe deeply, move mindfully, and experience the peace and presence of Christ in a gentle, accessible setting. Mondays and Thursdays, from 5:30 to 6:30 this weekly class is open and free to everyone. When school is in session, childcare is available during the Monday class for children ages 8 and under with advanced registration. To register for childcare, please complete this form by noon on the Friday before the class. Please contact Amy Lochhaas with any questions about childcare.
