An interactive, 6-week seminar that will teach you how to listen effectively, creating relationships where people feel safe, connected, and able to thrive. Topics include genuineness, respect, empathy and warmth. There is weekly pre-session online homework, on-demand videos for flexible learning and a companion workbook to deepen understanding and reflection.
