Fall Written Email Offers - 15 & older Girls

Clubs located outside of the 75-mile radius of Pittsburgh Families may be sent and accept a written email offer starting MONDAY NOVEMBER 9, 2026 AT 6PM and are valid for 24 hours if sent by 11:59 PM Clubs CANNOT require written email acceptance until TUESDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2026 AT 6PM. This date and time allows players the opportunity to attend other tryouts without feeling pressured to sign an offered contract before completing any desired tryout. Clubs who ask players and families to accept an offer (verbal or written), sign a contract, or make a payment to a club prior to MONDAY NOVEMBER 9 AT 6PM are subject to sanctions, up to and including suspension of the club director. Any tryout starting or written email offer sent on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2026, must allow a minimum 48-hour decision window for any offers given.
