Be Internet Awesome

Do your children know how to navigate the internet safely? Join us for fun, hands-on activities designed for keiki in grades second and above. We will learn how to be smart, alert, strong, kind, and brave online at five different caregiver-led stations. Participating kids or teens can collect charms for a special bracelet highlighting what they've learned at each station, and families will receive a resource guide while supplies last. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Materials provided by Highlights for Children Inc. and Google.org. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
