IDI Together

A three-part online small group designed to build capacity to shift cultural perspectives and adapt behavior to differences and commonalities. Using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), learn why intercultural competency is important, how to use tools for meaningful interactions across cultures, and how to create a plan for continued growth and learning, all within a supportive community.
